Our
Approach
We bring our clients and their audiences together to create genuine bonds and lasting loyalty. From the beginning, we take the time to understand what is needed; the brief, the brand and the objectives.
We tailor everything we do to meet or exceed key performance targets. From concept creation through to delivery, our project management methodology ensures that our clients are with us every step of the way.
1. Brief
First and foremost, we listen. We do research to fully understand the client profile, the organisation, the brand and target audience. We probe to uncover a comprehensive picture of the business objectives and investment opportunities. From here we build a targeted strategy to drive success.
2. Creative
With the strategy as our guide we generate, develop and challenge ideas to exceed expectations. We embrace modern technology and pursue innovative solutions. Our team presents the creative concepts that best respond to the brief and can be delivered on time and budget. As a team, we integrate client feedback to ensure all key stakeholders are aligned.
3. Plan
We develop and deliver an integrated production plan that maps out a clear timeline with key milestones – together with a fully itemised budget. From this point onwards, clients experience our high standard of project management, systems, processes and reporting that we have refined over two decades. The devil is in the detail.
4. Delivery
The best part for everyone is when we bring our ideas to life!
Operating to best practice standards, we deliver high quality products and services with efficient resource allocation. We are agile and responsive to ensure seamless execution on the day.
5. Evaluation
We debrief with our clients. In our post project review, we assess and evaluate the return on investment and deliver an itemised budget reconciliation. This report outlines key learnings and future opportunities. This is our blueprint for future projects together.

Founder & Managing Director
Bio
Amy founded EP Agency, formerly Event Planet, over two decades ago. Since then, she has worked at the pinnacle of creative events and communications in Australia and overseas. Amy specialises in high level strategy and delivery. She easily manages complex multi-stakeholder briefs for both corporate and Government events. Her strengths are in quality assurance and team leadership. She is passionate about realising the client vision, creatively commercial solutions and delivering success.

Michele Deece
Operations Director
Bio
Michele has over 20 years’ of experience producing award-winning corporate events both in Australia and around the world. Whilst managing our operations, Michele also specialises in producing multifaceted events and has produced both live and virtual events for a range of corporate clients. She is passionate about designing events that are seamless and leave a lasting impression on the guests. Michele believes that attention to detail is the most important factor in every successful event.

Kristie Turner
Client Services Director
Bio
Kristie has over 15 years’ experience in creating and delivering corporate events and B2B communications. She has produced a vast array of client projects in a multitude of desirable destinations around Australia and abroad. Her specialities include building and maintaining client relationships, planning integrated projects and implementing brand-building communications strategies. Kristie loves seamlessly delivering memorable client and guest experiences.
