Paspaley Monsoon Collection Launch
A series of events in four cities over four weeks that celebrated the stunning Monsoon collection and reflected on Australia’s unique take on luxury.
To design and produce inspirational events to celebrate the launch of the latest Paspaley High Jewellery Collection, Monsoon by Paspaley, for VIP guests and media in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
Selecting some of the newest event venues available in Australia, including Half Acre in Melbourne and The Calile in Brisbane, EP Agency meticulously conceptualised the event series.
Incorporating the inspiration for the collection and the environment the pearls are grown in, the perfect backdrop was created to showcase Monsoon by Paspaley.
A sleek 6m x 3m installation was commissioned that stood 2.8m high as the focal point of the evening, elegantly displaying the world’s finest pearl jewellery on suspended platforms.
Locations were decorated with lush green foliage, evoking a tropical rainforest, and full-length mirrors were hung to allow guests to try on the new collection pieces.
A ‘monsoon’ rolled in to herald the arrival of the evening’s formalities and featured a ‘stormy’ moment choreographed with visuals, sound and lighting, before the collection was presented to guests. The evening also included a DJ and saxophonist creating a lively yet sophisticated atmosphere as guests enjoyed the generous hospitality of the Paspaley family, including the rare chance to try Pearl Meat flown in especially from the WA pearl farms.
