Cheesecake Shop Franchise Conference - Made with Love
Franchisees enjoyed an engaging and interactive national conference before enjoying a fun evening of awards and dining at Sydney’s iconic Doltone House.
To produce and activate a National Conference and Gala Dinner for all Cheesecake Shop for 260 employees and franchisees and bring guests from Australia and New Zealand together in Sydney’s beautiful Darling Harbour. The objective was to create a daytime environment of shared learning and engagement as guests participate in workshops and keynote talks, to then culminate in an evening of fun and entertainment.
EP Agency selected Doltone House as the location to present an abundance of great content including customer service workshops, engaging keynote speakers, a presentation of the new in-store Christmas decorating product range and a vote on their favourite new team uniforms.
Branded goody bags were distributed to the attendees including notebooks, pens, USBs and backpacks for use after the event.
After the conference, guests enjoyed a Gala Dinner and Awards Night with a Love Boat dress-code aboard the grand Sydney Star Ship, where guests were treated to unobstructed harbour views with the ship’s 3-metre-high glass windows.
The ship was decorated with accents of cake baking essentials while the Martini Club 5 piece band brought the musical entertainment in what was an incredibly fun evening.
