Cheesecake Shop Franchise Conference - Team TCS

An unforgettably fun and informative conference program for the Cheesecake Shop franchisee partners from Australia and New Zealand.

To produce The Cheesecake Shop Franchisee Conference for Australia and New Zealand and manage all aspects of the event from concept ideation through to delegate departure, and everything in between. The aim was to bring to life the ‘Team TCS’ conference theme in all aspects of the event and to build on the success of previous conferences, ensuring all delegates enjoy a rewarding and entertaining time! EP Agency needed to handle all aspects of the conference program including content development, onsite event management and registration, accommodation, flights and transfer bookings and delegate gifting.

Over 300 delegates from Australia and New Zealand gathered for a welcome event at an amusement arcade in Melbourne’s Docklands precinct where they enjoyed cocktails and shakes while delegates caught up with fellow franchisees and met new colleagues. The conference kick off session followed the next morning at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) with an opening keynote from legendary cricketer and founder of the McGrath Foundation, Glenn McGrath on his memorable career and the power of teamwork. He then ran an interactive fundraiser where every ball he threw into the audience that was caught, The Cheesecake Shop donated $1,000 to the Foundation. A Sponsors Exhibition was held in the Percy Adams Foyer for delegates to meet and network with their suppliers and to view the latest innovations for their stores.

The afternoon sessions included live cooking demonstrations showcasing the latest Cheesecake Shop creations and offerings. A memorable closing keynote address waqs delivered by the comedian, artist and previous cake decorator from The Cheesecake Shop, Ahn Do.

To round off the year a group photo was taken in the heritage stands of the hallowed MCG. The Gala dinner, held at the Glasshouse within Melbourne Olympic Park, allowed delegates to celebrate their wonderful time spent together in Melbourne. The EP Agency onsite production team were the first to arrive each morning and the last to leave each evening, ensuring every detail of the program was delivered to absolute perfection.
