Crown Resorts - One Barangaroo Launch
An evening of highly personalised and generous hospitality to celebrate and promote Australia’s most luxurious apartments.
To create a warm, inviting and luxurious launch event within the new marketing ‘display suite’ for the Crown – One Barangaroo residences. The target audience were Australian and international VIPs and prospective clients of Crown – One Barangaroo and Knight Frank. The event was to be set in the display suite, built as a true to life example of the luxurious residences under construction at the time.
EP Agency meticulously designed, planned and executed a high touchpoint, customer focused evening. Guests were chauffeured to the event, enjoying personalised video messages en route. Crown ‘doormen’ greeted guests on arrival while Crown ‘bellboys’ escorted them to the event floor.
Guests’ beverage of choice was gathered pre-event, which they were presented with upon entry. Pianist Scot Finnie played as guests viewed the impressive building model. Guillaume Brahimi designed the canape menu, consisting of caviar and vodka nestled in an impressive ice sculpture. Whiskey was served in the lounge area with artisanal cheese and dark chocolate platters.
Later, Guillaume’s champagne sorbet was set on a drinks trolley stationed within the bathroom. The walk-in wardrobe displayed Bulgari’s signature jewellery on the dresser while the wardrobe held their exquisite handbags and accessories. Illustrator Aaron Favaloro created portrait mementos for guests to take home.
Florals dressed the display suite with the focal point cascading floral ‘bubbles’ from the main bathroom’s bathtub. In the powder rooms, therapists provided hand massages using La Mer products. The evening closed with acclaimed violinist Jane Cho before bellboys presented guests with a key to a vault which revealed a gift box of Dom Perignon.
