Department of Broadband - National Broadband Network (NBN) Forum

A world class Federal government forum event for over 200 Australian public sector representatives and private sector business leaders.

To create a landmark forum, hosted by the Prime Minister Mr Kevin Rudd, for Australian business leaders and technology experts, to explore the potential in the digital economy with the National Broadband Network. The event’s main objective was to cast a vision for the future, highlighting the opportunities for businesses and other organisations, such as health, education and infrastructure, to develop and embrace new applications and services enabled in the high-speed broadband environment.

EP Agency delivered a world-class conference attended by over 200 of Australia’s leading CEO’s, business leaders and Government Ministers and officials at the University of New South Wales. It was heralded as a national success with some outstanding outcomes for business and Government generated through the positive engagement and activities hosted at the forum.

In particular, the industries of health, finance, resources, education and infrastructure benefited greatly from the collaboration and exploration of future possibilities of a nation with powerful internet solutions due to the National Broadband Network.

Thank you for all your hard work and coordination in developing and delivering such a major event. It was an absolute pleasure working with your professional, dedicated and client-focused team. What you were able to achieve in under seven weeks was nothing short of amazing. The EP Agency team always went above and beyond to ensure things got done on time – even the little things that make the difference between a good event and a great one. And the outcome speaks for itself – we had nothing but positive comments from attendees, other areas within the department and the Minister’s Office. For that I sincerely thank you and wish you all the very best in the future.
