Hardy Brothers 160th Anniversary Celebration Dinner
A memorable occasion in a truly unique location befitting a highly regarded Australian heritage brand.
To create a memorable evening for 40 VIP, media and celebrity guests to celebrate the Hardy Brothers Jewellers 160th Anniversary in style and showcase their “Vault Collection” to guests.
EP Agency sourced the perfect location for the collection – a working vault deep below Sydney’s Castlereagh Street: the Guardian Vaults. The evening commenced with guests greeted upon arrival and escorted down to the vault.
A bespoke media wall provided the evening’s first photo opportunity before champagne and canapés were served. The MC, journalist and TV presenter, Cameron Williams gave guests intriguing instructions for entry to the venue.
Moving through a series of air-lock doors, the final stop was the vault with the spectacular dining table setting, earning audible gasps from guests.
Set outside the vault, it was adorned with floral arrangements in Waterford crystal vases and the intricate vault door provided the ultimate backdrop for the dinner and further photography.
Brand ambassador, Kate Waterhouse helped Hardy Brothers present guests with the Melbourne Cup to admire. It was placed on a plinth for the diners to see, and even hold, wearing the all-important gloves.
Following a superb three course dinner, guests were treated to a salon style parade to showcase “The Vault Collection” jewellery.
