L'Occitance Flagship Store Opening

L’Ocittane’s new Melbourne flagship store opening was abuzz with whimsical summer florals as part of a striking brand installation.

EP Agency was briefed to create a stand out activation to celebrate the opening of the L’Occitane Flagship store. Set in the heritage Block Arcade on Collins Street in Melbourne,  the installation needed to reflect the brand, create hype and social media content, and ultimately attract passers-by to walk in the store to explore the range at the key retail time of year – Christmas.

EP Agency worked closely with the Block Arcade management to allow the installation to be placed just outside the store for maximum street appeal. Having sourced a vintage vehicle for the entrance installation, the agency customised it with the brand’s striking yellow and logos. ‘Spring in Provence’ was channelled with abundant florals cascading from the vehicle windows, the roof and filling the boot at the rear.

During the weekend-long activation, L’Occitane staff engaged with shoppers, handing out specially designed sample bags and assisting with photographs in front of the installation for social media sharing.
