Marks & Spencer Australian Online Store Launch
A stunning home was transformed into a slice of London for the Australian online launch of an iconic British brand.
To launch the well-known British brand’s online presence by showcasing the delightful offerings of Marks & Spencer to a select group of Australian consumers, social media bloggers and style influencers. The look and feel had to reflect the brand’s heritage and range of products.
EP Agency selected an elegant, British-style home in Sydney’s exclusive Eastern Suburbs to be the setting for the House of Marks & Spencer. Guests arrived at the House to be greeted with a range of fashion, homewares and lifestyle products to generate awareness of their recently launched online store and to amplify the brand on social media. On arrival, guests were greeted by an M&S host dressed in traditional coat and tails and presented with a glass of Moët et Chandon champagne, which complemented the canape menu. A glass of Moët et Chandon Rose was exclusively served to guests who ventured upstairs to explore the product displays in the adult and children bedrooms.
Brand Ambassadors, Bec Judd, Kate Waterhouse and Nadia Fairfax hosted the occasion, mingling with guests and encouraging them to explore the grounds, which were filled with products displayed in “insta-worthy” theatrical settings.
Their top selections were identifiable with custom-printed tags for guests to draw inspo from. Finally, an artisan hand engraver was situated in the Living Room to inscribe messages and mementos of the guests’ day at the House on beautiful M&S teapots.
