A FUN FILLED 4-DAY EMPLOYEE CONFERENCE AND TEAM-BUILDING PROGRAM HOSTED ON THE GOLD COAST TO RECOGNISE AND REWARD VALUED STAFF FOR THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE PAST YEAR.
MenuLog engaged EP Agency in producing a staff incentive that was an exciting and engaging program that provided activities for everyone across different departments in the business. Each event and activity was hosted in a different location on the Gold Coast and included venues such as Cali Beach Club, Movie World and Miami Marketta.
Surprise performances were also scattered across the three days including Big Twisty.
EP Agency managed the entire event including all flights, accommodation, activities, transfers and evening events.
Menulog staff were able to celebrate with their colleagues, forge new relationships with different teammates and the overall feedback from the client was that the vent was successful in creating a more engaged and energised team.
