Moët Spring Champion Stakes Day VIP Corporate Hospitality Lounge
Moët & Chandon leverage their Spring Carnival racing partnership with a beautifully styled event showcasing the brand’s high end design aesthetic.
As part of the Spring Carnival racing calendar and the annual Moët Spring Champion Stakes Day at Royal Randwick Racecourse, EP Agency was again engaged to design and execute the exclusive hospitality event to immerse 100 guests including VIPs, celebrities and social influencers in a Moët experience with luxury and excellence at all touchpoints. The event would reinforce Moët’s alliance with prestige sports such as horse racing, and retain the global brand DNA of glamour and success.
In its fourth year, the event was hosted in the Moët Champagne Lounge within The Stables, guests gathered to sip champagne whilst enjoying the racing atmosphere.
The existing Moët design aesthetic was elevated in the lounge to mirror the grandeur of the event, featuring details such as spectacular floral displays, gold trophies and gold coated horseshoes. The media wall artwork was specially commissioned from fashion artist Aaron Favaloro, and proved a popular talking point and backdrop for pictures.
EP Agency also orchestrated the “Moët Moment”, where Moët ambassador Erin Holland enchanted guests with an acoustic version of Jubel’s Klingande, culminating in her free pouring champagne into the crystal coupe tower to toast Moët’s feature race of the day!
