Pubmatic Ad Revenue Wolgan Valley Conference
A luxury 2-day conference experience combining the stunning Wolgan Valley location with fun and interactive events.
EP Agency was briefed to design and execute the Australian inaugural PubMatic Ad Revenue Conference, a two day event program at the stunning Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort and Spa. The event program had to incorporate the corporate conference element as well as a luxury hospitality experience.
As guests arrived at the award-winning Wolgan Valley Resort, lunch was set in the country kitchen overlooking the stunning valley. The conference commenced with panel discussions and guest speakers, culminating with a welcome reception with canapés and local wines to watch a unique glass blowing demonstration. Next a stunning banquet dinner on the historic veranda decorating the long dining table with beautiful florals and candles down the centre. Guests were treated to a personalised embossed menu and a unique gift – the individual hand blown stemless wine glass from earlier in the day with a PubMatic brand blue rim.
The sumptuous 5-course meal was prepared with fresh local produce and the evening concluded with a private stargazing talk. The following day’s conference included a picnic lunch at the property’s original 1832 Homestead.
After lunch, guests were divided into teams for an ‘Amazing Race’ challenge that took in the resort’s acreage, complete with segways, slacklining, frisbee golf and a catapult challenge. After an unforgettable 2 days of networking and learning, guests returned to Sydney.
