Reckitt Hygiene Staff Conference

A TRANSFORMATIVE FOUR-DAY CONFERENCE DESIGNED TO INSPIRE, MOTIVATE AND RE-ENERGISE A TEAM WHILST IMMERSING THEM IN A DESTINATION FOCUSED ON SUSTAINABILITY.

The event aimed to bring together staff members from the Asia-Pacific team for an immersive 4-day conference focused on driving positive business outcomes, networking, and sustainability. This annual conference serves to educate, inspire and activate the workforce towards achieving a sustainable and prosperous future.

The conference highlighted sustainable practices, encouraging attendees to adopt eco-friendly behaviours and decision-making processes in their professional lives. Keynote speakers and expert-led workshops provided valuable insights and knowledge sharing on sustainable business practices.

The conference fostered networking opportunities, encouraging collaboration between different departments. Attendees connected with colleagues to share experiences, best practices, and innovative solutions to ultimately enhance business outcomes.

EP Agency curated an inspiring conference for over 135 staff members in Singapore. Accommodation and conferencing were held at the Shangri La Hotel Singapore allowing the group to fully immerse themselves in the business district of the city.

Keynote speakers Tan Szue Hann and Chitra Venkatesh educated the group during the conference on Singapore’s sustainability initiatives and innovative practices that can be implemented within the company, but also in their day-to-day lives making a positive impact on the environment.

The team had the chance to strengthen team bonds through various activities such as leadership-led karaoke at the exclusive Synthesis Restaurant & Bar, motivational activities at Sentosa Island, a traditional bum boat cruise through the Singapore River past the local Merlion, Marina Bay Sands and onto the Monti Restaurant for an unforgettable farewell evening.

Wow- what a fantastic week. Very proud of what you’ve been able to put on for the team. Everything went exactly to plan- which is no mean feat given different country, flights, hotels, multiple locations; transport, etc. It was wonderfully considered and organised and the feedback from everyone in the business has been very positive. Boats, gardens, hawker markets, karaoke, guest speakers, light shows, guides… excellent. The goal was to reward the teams for all their work but also to inspire them with a different global city and think you’ve nailed that this week so an enormous thank you from me for all the immense effort and commitment that went in.
