Tabcorp Our Big Moment Employee Event
Flawless event coordination, under extreme time constraints, and first-class execution of a simultaneous multi-city, live-streamed event that proved distance is no barrier.
EP Agency was briefed to deliver the design, production and management of Tabcorp’s national Tattersalls merger strategy event simultaneously for over 3,000 staff across 4 cities in one day. All staff in 4 cities were linked up with a livestream broadcast to deliver the key message of One Team. As well as ensuring key information was distributed to all stakeholders and locations at once, the key objective of the event was to unite all teams across the business. This unique opportunity gave attendees the opportunity to experience guest speakers and leadership team presentations from all four locations. It was also perfect platform to warmly welcome new team members from Tabcorp’s businesses in Queensland and South Australia.
Working with world class broadcast providers, EP Agency successfully managed the events in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and the live broadcast between these events as well as in South Australia. The events were hosted in Convention Centres in each city, providing a consistent and coherent standard of hospitality and functionality.
The program of events incorporated a variety of segments, including information on the Tabcorp and Tattersalls merger, guest speaker presentations and motivational team-building activities to ensure staff remained engaged and entertained throughout the day.
Ronni Kahn from OzHarvest delivered a well-received guest speaker presentation on the importance of integrity. Midway through the day, guests enjoyed a musical exercise called Boom Time where they followed musical notes on the screen using peculiar instruments set up in every location.
A game of Keno was also delivered over a live broadcast feed for all attendees to compete in and enjoy. The delivery of the presentation via Sli.Do enabled a flawless delivery of material and allowed for delegates to interact in real time and ask questions during the presentations. The event was a huge success and showcased Tabcorp as a progressive organisation with EP Agency’s utilisation of pioneering technology.
